If you're looking for one of the most scenic drives in Alaska, Glenn Highway National Scenic Byway, thrilling class IV whitewater rafting, views of the 27 mile long Matanuska Glacier and glimpses of Dall sheep, then this trip is for you.

Several miles of Class IV rapids are formed by the converging Matanuska Glacier wrestling with a massive rock wall, Lion Head. This 14 mile trip has intermittent class III rapids after the most challenging class IV segment.
