A Family Friendly Tour

Iditarod and Yukon Quest mushers and their sled dogs are waiting for you to join us this summer on the spectacular Denver Glacier to share with you the excitement we feel for this sport. This is a trip of a lifetime! You will be given a safety orientation at the base facility and be issued warm glacier boots and rain gear, if needed. (It is recommended that you wear warm comfortable clothing and bring your sunglasses).  A 15 minute helicopter flight over some of the most beautiful and spectacular country in the world lands you at "Dog Camp."

We will be there to greet you at the Denver Glacier Camp. A full hour is spent on the icefield learning about the Alaska State Sport. Everyone goes for a dogsled ride. You may ride in the sled with one of our experienced mushers and/or have the opportunity to drive your own sled!

Magnificent scenery surrounds us with plenty of time for pictures.  After another awesome flight back across the icefield, you will be returned to civilization with memories and stories to last a lifetime.
